The word 'doula' comes from Ancient Greek, meaning 'a woman who serves'.
Doula's are trained to provide support to people during pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. From emotional, to physical to informative support, every person deserves a doula.

Our goals
I strongly believe in the benefit of continuum of care, and so that's what I'm here to offer. I can support you from the moment of conception, right through to weaning your baby onto solids.
Every person should be given the tools and information needed to make their own informed choices, instead of someone else deciding for them.

Off Grid
